It’s pronounced ah-sigh-ee, in case you were wondering

The Brazilian super-berry is on everyone’s lips. And it’s leaving its purpley mark. Here at Go Surf, we love acai smoothies and bowls for a quick pre-surf snack.

Our fave recipe is:
1-2 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
4 tablespoons of acai powder
½ cup of Greek yoghurt (can swap with coconut yoghurt)
1 cup of liquid (coconut water, milk, almond milk, pineapple juice make great choices)
Handful of ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and voilà, done!
