Perth Go Surf proud supporter of Soldier On

Each year on the 11th of November Australians observe one minute's silence at 11am, in memory off those who died or suffered in all wars and armed conflicts.

By observing one minute's silence we pay tribute to the men and women who have served and are still serving in our defence forces and remember those who have died or suffered in conflicts, wars and peacekeeping operations.

Soldier On supports Australian service men and women who have been wounded, physically or psychologically in contemporary conflicts. This includes conflicts after 1990, as well as serving members who were wounded in training or other exercises and individuals working for other Government agencies such as, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Federal Police, Australian Border Force and other security agencies.

Perth Go Surf know all too well how surfing can enhance the daily lives of adults and kids, including their immediate support network such as family and friends. We are proud to support the West Australian service men and women and we look forward to taking you and your families surfing in the months ahead.
