It's a stunning morning here on Scarborough beach and I'm here nice and early. Why so early, because mornings are the best time for the surfing conditions. I'm joining Perth Go Surf at one of their lessons at Brighton Beach. The surf school has been operating here since it's founding by Local surfer about 7 years ago.
