what days are lessons run?

Lesson are run 7 days a week. The specific time of the lesson will depend on which lesson product you have booked. Please note that we do require a minimum number of students per class for a lesson to proceed. In the event that you have booked a lesson and the minimum number has not been reached we will notify you that the class will not be running. You will be provided with a credit for the lesson which you can take on another day.  If you are unable to attend on any other day we can provide a full refund.

do lessons get cancelled?

Whilst every endeavour will be made to hold the surf lessons, if the Go Surf head coach decides that the conditions are unsuitable/unsafe to proceed, we may at any time, including once the lesson has started, cancel the lesson for the safety of students. In the event that Go Surf cancel a lesson we will provide full or partial refund to the students depending on the stage at which the lesson was cancelled.

I have my own surfboard and wetsuit, can I use them in the lessons?

Yes you can most definitely use your own wetsuit. We have a wide range of full length wetsuits supplied by Volte Wetsuits which you are welcome to use also. Feel free to bring your own surfboard along, however if the Go Surf coaching staff deem the conditions unsafe for the particular surfboard we will encourage you to use one of our soft surfboards.
